In this project, we aimed to understand the value perception, expectations, and concerns salons have regarding integrating chatbots ans IA with WhatsApp for online booking. The research, conducted with 1,357 active users, revealed key insights such as the importance of human connection (43.7%), concerns about technology unfamiliarity (18.7%), and the utility of chatbots for salons (70%). The study highlighted opportunities for more informative approaches, professional interaction options, trial features, and continuous feedback mechanisms to enhance the chatbot's effectiveness.
